How about a nice Kemphill Farm beef steak - rump or ribeye are always tasty, or sirloin for a special day, and the most tender is fillet.  Our steak is dry aged, making it more flavoursome and tender than cheap meats.  It also won't shrink during cooking, so what you pay for is what you get to eat!
