Our cheese counter is packed with cheeses from across the UK and Europe.  As well as favorites like cheddar and brie, we also have some more unusual cheeses.  Try Vignotte, a rich French cheese made with cow's milk and cream.  Vignotte makes a great addition to a cheese board, especially with grapes or pears, but it can also be used for cooking - BBC has a lovely recipe for dauphinoise potatoes with Vignotte.
